The platen attachment bolts to the end of the tooling arm with 2 hex head cap screws. It can be inclined or declined up to 45 degrees.

The platen can be quickly removed for slack belt work.

The platen plate (PPL) is  made from 3/8" x 2" cold rolled steel and is replaceable.
