I’ve always said, if it weren’t for good grinders I’d never be able to make a living as a bladesmith.  I have two KMG Grinders, one variable speed, one a high-speed model.  Multiple tooling arms are interchangeable and give these machines a lot of versatility.

I prize, and make my living off of well designed, exceptionally precise, and bombproof durable machines.  That describes the KMG-TX perfectly.  This grinder, is quite simply, an amazing value.  I can’t tell you much about other grinders; but I can tell you that I am ecstatic about my decision to go with Beaumont and the amazing folks there.

After almost 2 years on these grinders I literally can’t find one thing wrong with them!  They are so well built and when tuned up these are more than capable in a professional setting.  Thank you for making outstanding tools.

Couldn’t be happier with choosing this KMG-TX machine over all competitors.

This rotary platen attachment from Beaumont Metal Works is a dream.  The slight convex will improve my kitchen knives. It runs super smooth I don’t have the chatter I had with my flat platen and the finishes I am seeing are great.  This was a fantastic investment.

The rotary platen is one of the few tools that makes me money, not just saves money because it cuts my time down.  Considerably.
