- Large 8 inch diameter, 3 inch wide softer contact wheel for use with the Surface Grinder Attachment. While the standard 8 inch contact wheel can provide good results when surface grinding, this softer and larger 3 inch wide contact wheel provides greater range for moving the abrasive belt across the full width of the magnetic chuck using the tracking control.
- This 8×3 contact wheel has a solid aluminum core covered with supple 60 durometer urethane for softer, smoother fine grit sanding and finishing operations using the Beaumont Surface Grinder Attachment
- Compared to the Tr-Helix 2.5 inch diameter, hard 90 durometer contact wheel which is designed for faster, sharper cutting and flattening, this much bigger 8×3 contact wheel has a more gentle contact slope and softer 60 durometer urethane covering for flatter, fatter, and smoother surface grinding and finishing operations using the Beaumont Surface Grinder Attachment.
- Optional Contact Wheel Spindle (CWS) includes hex spacer nut for proper attachment and positioning of the Surface Grinder Attachment operating with either the KMG or KMG-TX 2×72 belt grinder.
